Kahuna Flowers and RBV High School invite you to be part of the time honored tradition of giving your grad a lei at this year’s commencement ceremony.  Place your order now for traditional single or double Leis, RBV Kukui Nut Leis, Rose Bouquets, or Graduation Teddy Bears.


Orders will be available for pick-up at RBV on June 7th at the commencement ceremony.

Congratulations to Principal Schindler on his 2018 Golden Oak Award.

The Golden Oak Service Award is the most prestigious PTA award in California.

This award may be given to an individual or organization that has made significant contributions

to the welfare of children and youth in the school or community.

The Palomar Promise

Free Access to College!

The Palomar Promise is designed to provide graduating high school seniors in our K-12 public school districts with access to an affordable higher education and to increase college-going and completion rates in our North San Diego County service area.

Through a combination of free financial aid resources and academic support services, WE PROMISE to assist our students to enroll in college, stay on track to complete their academic and career development goals, and upon graduation from Palomar College either enter the workforce or transfer to the four-year college or university of their choice.

Vista Teen Outreach is always in need of donations to help feed the hungry teens at RBV.

New agreement opens a path to college for Vista students!

Ninth-graders within the Vista Unified School District now have the opportunity to take advantage of a fast-track plan that guarantees admission to California State University- San Marcos (CSUSM) for qualified students, thanks to an agreement established between the University and district administrators on September 17.

The MOU sets a structured roadmap to college success, improving university accessibility for Vista students.  It promises that all graduating seniors, from the class of 2017 and beyond, will receive guaranteed admission to CSUSM if they meet California State University (CSU) eligibility requirements and a minimum GPA of 3.0. Not only does this MOU guarantee admission to CSUSM but it helps students become college-ready, qualified to apply to any of the CSU system’s 22 other campuses... To read full article click here
